2022 was the year Overcome Social Anxiety moved from an individual program into institutional care. Michigan Technological University licensed the program for its students in May, followed by Elizabeth City State University in July, giving North Carolina students the same access.
Both licenses followed the same shape that AICBT's institutional pricing still uses today: a one time seat block, sized to the institution, with no ongoing subscription. Michigan Tech's license let campus therapists pair the program with supportive therapy or build treatment plans around its modules, while ECSU deployed it for social anxiety prevention among students affected by the pandemic.
These two licenses became the proof points institutional buyers now ask about directly, real deployments, not hypothetical ones.
